The Serbian government launches this website with the
aim of reminding the foreign public once more of the
gravity of situation of human rights facing Serbian and
other non-Albanian populations in Kosovo-Metohija.
The Consulate General of the Republic of Serbia in Shanghai informs Serbian citizens that the passports bearing the name “Federal Republic of Yugoslavia” (blue passports) will be valid until December 31, 2011.
At the moment, the Consulate General in Shanghai does not accept applications nor issues new biometric passports.
